• Monitor Quality Assurance
• Overall responsibility for implementing QA procedures
• Preparation of Method statements, Quality control Procedure, Inspections and
test Plans
• Control signing and distribution of quality control documents to ensure the work
is executed fully in accordance with requirements of the contract specifications
and approved shop drawings.
