As a system analyst role responsible to analyze and interpret workflow process data using 8Ω BPM Framework, fact finding/requirements gathering, organization & process mapping techniques, process implementation/testing, process kpis/monitoring and maintenance, business performance reporting, monitor customer satisfaction levels. Responsible for conducting R&D on biometric related techniques and algorithms implementation for AFIS. Also responsible for complete SDLC for various projects including programming in web and desktop technologies.

A report generation tool Document Designer for designing automated office documents by linking them with modern day databases capable of generating data driven Charts and drag & drop based form-designing features to facilitate the user to make his document presentable and yet effective in semantic visualization.
