• Lead, manage and support the planning and execution of high-quality events, such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, alumni events and other university-related activities for alumni and students
• Serve as project manager of multiple activities, scope project tasks/team assignments and guide team to create work plans and schedules, monitor progress, and meet milestones
• Oversee the management of event teams and/or production consultants to produce quality, multi-faceted events, and productions
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external university partners
• Act as department representative at cross-departmental project meetings

Negotiate and manage the external marketing agency activities including procurement of suppliers, designing, bidding process, operational feasibility, production timelines and site audits in line with company standards
Negotiate participation terms and conditions, oversee risk management guidance ensuring best practice and achieving right audience
Supervise and assist with logistics i.e., venue branding and event setup and management
Implement company’s channel marketing campaigns in accordance with the company’s overall market communications strategy through efficient communication channels such as roadshows, intranet, extranet and e-mailers
Analyze, plan and implement advertising activities in support of events and publications, work in partnership with the designer on production of adverts and post in the desired publications
