• Migrated PPL’s SharePoint Portal and Project Server 2007 to 2010 then 2013 successfully with complete contents.
• Involve; database monitoring, active directory structure, backup, restore and disaster recovery, site security management, configure incoming and outgoing mail, create and configure document and records management features etc.
• Maintain and implement various SharePoint services as well as integration with existing MS products which will include; search, Excel, Meta data services, Reporting Server, Project Server 2007/2010/2013, Info Path forms.
• Responsible for managing and administering all SQL database servers including participation in the design and ongoing maintenance, modification, migration, backups, data reporting, and control.
Deployment of SharePoint DR Site (Continuous Data Replication)
• Maintain DR Site and Manage full Content based daily replication between both server Farms.
• Administrate Data Replication between Central SharePoint portal and Field location SharePoint Portal.
• Administrate data replication by using DocAve AvePoint tool.
SharePoint Backup, Replication and Reporting Administration
• Take daily online backup using EMC Networker and Microsoft Data Protection Manager.
• Backup and Restore using SharePoint Application.
• Ensure daily Replication using DocAve (SharePoint Replication Software) on remote location Portals as backup.
• Usage Reporting of PPL’s portal on basis of each site using DocAve Auditing and Reporting tool.
