Report to the Soft Services Manager, and execute all cleaning jobs as per the cleaning schedule.
Training to the cleaning staff on the usage of equipment, tools and consumables according to the BICSc standard.
Managing Individual contracts, Renewal, Terminations’ and documentation regard to Soft Services
Responsible for all operational activities during the shift.
Delegate responsibilities to Site Supervisors, Cleaning staffs and shall also ensure that the same is carried out as per schedule.
Monitor to maintain all checklists & other records as per the scope defined.
Effective man management skills and communication with client.
Keep track of all consumables, materials, equipment &provide sufficient data to the administrator to generate reports.
Brief the staffs on a regular basis and maintain standards (Tool Box Talk).
Operational health and safety concern at site.
Maintaining all the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and TDS (Technical Data Sheets) of all the chemicals and detergents are in use at site.
Arranging special training for Operating high level glass and façade cleaning equipment’s as required.
Ordering materials for the site as per the budget and scope considered.
Ensuring the staff well fare on site
Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with Facilities Manager to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates for additional Cleaning works.
