-Manage the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
-Manage contracts for non-Saudi employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
-Arrange travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, in accordance with company policies and Saudi Visa requirements.
-Proficient in utilizing key Saudi Arabian websites: Qiwa, GOSI, KSA VISA, Tagat, Jadarat, Riyadh Chamber, Tawuniya and STC Business.
-Manage vacation requests, finalized declarations, and prepared salary identification letters efficiently.
-Guide new employees through the onboarding process, offering orientation, training, and support for a seamless transition into the organization.
-Proficient in using G Suite for creating and managing email accounts
-Played a key role in office management and responsible of monitoring office supply inventory and handling purchase requisitions
-Promotes a positive work environment by creating new ideas to improve employee engagement through services, events, activities and employee rewards
-Familiarity with records management best practices, including managing records, control schedules, and retention periods
-Experience in writing detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and uploading them into our GTM platform.
-Responsible for full life-cycle onboarding; preparing job offers, Creating contracts, completing candidates files, and Employees Tracker
-Participate in the weekly induction
-Shifting candidate’s from outsource company to Riyad Bank
-Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
-Using symmetry to create ID Badges
-Ensure that hiring managers are completing necessary tasks in a timely manner
-Preparing Onboarding report on weekly basis
-Completed onboarding for employees to NEOM
-Connect the new employee with key informations, resources and people within the organization
-Responsible for organizing candidate’s files on a weekly basis and Iqama conversion list on a monthly basis
-Using SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, HireRight, Talmundo
-Coordinating with all departments to organize the new employee’s flight transportation, accommodation, laptop and visa
-Working closely with the Recruitment, Employee Relations, Travel, Government Affairs, IT department
