Position held: Senior Project Coordinator

• Coordinate with Contractors/Consultants from client side for various outsourced projects activities.
• Supply required information to contractors and allocate tag numbers for documents/drawings.
• Review contractor's deliverables and ensure it meets clients Data control procedure.
• Collects information related to the projects works and reporting results to the supervisor in a weekly/monthly
basis.
• Coordinates and facilitates projects related meetings, conference calls, presentations and activities between related parties where interface issues are concerned.
• Reviews, verifies interfaces with contractors on regular basis to coordinate and facilitate activities related to projects, and plant modification requests. Probates progress as well as alerts concerned parties of any changes with related impact.
• Organizes and coordinates meetings, presentations pertaining work progress and requirements. Liaises between
Company, third parties and other concerned parties to assure provision of Company's interests, queries and reviews of concerns to these third parties.
• Provides/prepares proper responses and related correspondences on clarifications raised by internal parties, and other stakeholders.
• Performs any other related duties as and when required at the company's discretion.

Engineering Division, (LNG Plant, Das Island)
From September 2010 - February 2013
Position held: Engineering Projects Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Coordination with Contractors/Vendors/Consultants for the on-going Engineering schemes/Projects
(Feasibility Study, Pre-FEED, FEED & EPC) for various activities.
• Regularly establishes the status of Engineering modifications; handles the exchange of data between disciplines;
interfacing with procurement and construction; expediting routing of vendor documentation; and preparing
drawing packages for issue to construction.
• Monitors the registration and indexing system for the Division including technical exchanges,
reports/documents, Authorization For Engineering, Definition of Requirements, Hazards and Operability
(HAZOP) Studies, Specialist Reviews, Health Safety Environmental Reviews, and other records of all in progress
Plant Modifications, Minor Changes and Studies. Collects, inputs, updates, archives, retrieves and distributes
technical documents for reviews and approval by Technical and Engineering Authorities. Ensures changes are
reflected in all the controlled documents.
• Compile, prepare and distribute technical dossiers containing modifications design drawings, specifications and other documents for the purpose of Contract Enquiry /Agreement Indent, for ADGAS internal approval
thereafter final dossier for consultants /construction by contractor, Engineering or Projects Divisions.
• Coordinates all Engineering Control audits with the internal and external auditors, including monitoring till close out of all resulting actions by the responsible Technical and Engineering Authorities.
• Supports the audit process by ensuring availability of team members to respond in a timely and accurate manner to the requirements of the audit team. Supports Discipline Engineering Department Heads in responding to the findings of the audit report and implementing the recommended changes.
• Coordinates the input required from all disciplines as and when requested by the Engineering
Contractors/Consultants.
• Monitors Plant Modifications and Studies Registers, Status Reports and monthly activities reports of the
Division. Track records of all events and changes in the life cycle of Modifications and Minor Changes till hand over for archiving.
• Organize Minor modifications change review workshop prior execution/implementation.
• Co-ordinate issuance of Field Design changes (FDC), Variation Orders (VO), Completion certificates, Final
acceptance certificates etc.
• Responsible for planning and organizing engineering activities of modifications in coordination with the Job
Officers. Monitoring progress of Engineering schemes performance in coordination with Job Officers (physical
progress) and Cost Engineering Department (Financial)
• Identifying and reporting all problems and areas concern related to Engineering and initiating the necessary
remedial action (s), in consultation with the Department Heads/Division Manager.
• Participating in the preparation of the final documentation and close out report to Engineering Services
Department (Data Management Section)
• Participating in a formal review of the project with relevant parties, on completion, to identify opportunities for learning and development.
• Recommends improvements to work routines and system enhancement for the control of engineering
documents. Develops procedures and work instructions for the efficient and systematic control of technical
records.

Engineering Division, ) (LNG Plant, Das Island) From 15 May 2007 till August 2010
Position held: Administrative Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle the day today activities of Engineering Division (Strength of around 90 personnel) especially on
Personnel/Administrative matters as per the directives of Engineering Manager.
• Act as Personal and confidential assistant to Engineering Manager.
• Review incoming correspondence; initiate replies as appropriate; routes matters requiring action by respective
department.
• Provide a comprehensive and professional personnel support service to the Division/Departments on all aspects of personnel services and recruitment.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Department to ensure an effective recruitment services are provided. Receives
short-listed candidates from Recruitment and forwards to the recruiting Department Headfor their final review and selection of candidates.
• Raise Employee Status Change (ESC) requests for employees on various compensation schemes such as promotions, salary progression, and transfer etc. Coordinate with HR Departments and provides all necessary
relevant and supporting documents.
• Follow-up with different HR Departments on all personnel matters to the Division's personnel such as job
evaluation, promotions, transfers, termination etc.
• Act as Divisional focal point for coordinating with Learning and Development Department to facilitate required
training for the employees.
• Follows up training and development of individual Engineering Staff (with emphasizes on UAE Nationals) based on the flexibility and availability of cover. Prepares and reviews the annual training plan and follow up progress
UAE Nationals Developees.
• Update Divisional Balance Scorecard (KPI) performance status quarterly in the automated database.
• Act as Divisional focal point for uploading Employee performance appraisals in the automated system. Support and assist Department Heads, Seniors and other staff for the midyear performance review and year end appraisal in the company automated system.
• Act as Divisional Information Technology Coordinator to liaise with IT Division for facilitating IT operational
requirement of the Division.
• Maintain and control all incoming and outgoing documentation for the Project Management team, in accordance with the company's Document and Data Control plan and Procedures.
• Coordinate &Gather data and information for floating of queries to Bidders.
• Finalize contract documents, scope of work and specification for management approval.
• Monitor the flow of the documents in the inter-discipline check to make sure that the process shall continue without any delays.
• Control/Record all project documentation, developing project information and maintaining an archive
storage/retrieval facility, Ensure an adequate, safe and secure filing and archiving system is established and maintained.
• Handle drawings, specifications and other documents relevant to Plant modifications, minor changes and minor
modification.
• Handle all approval/pre-commissioning as built drawings and handover to Data Management section for safe
keeping/retention.
• Updating modification records using Engineering Management System (EMS - an in house program)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and manuals.
• Receive Documents, Drawings, Specifications submitted by EPC Contractors for review and approval.
• Register of all incoming project related documents/drawings and all vendor data on the company's project
tracking system.
• Responsible for the maintenance and proper sorting of document archives and document reproduction and distribution.
• Handle distribution of all technical documents and drawings that have to be reviewed by the different divisions and departments as per discipline basis.

engineering, QA/QC and construction documents and drawings nearly and systematically.
