JobResponsibility:
• Maintain liaison with consultant and Client for getting approval on project design and execution for any changes in IFC drawings.
• Coordinate with site supervisory staff to keep a check on Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Scada/Communication and other works being executed and ensure their compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings to discuss project progress, problems and resolution both externally and internally.
• Conduct project site visits to check and monitor project progress and raise any issue.
• To monitor the work progress in compliance with latest editions of the applicable code and standards of all.
• Managing man power control day to day to complete the tasks as per schedules.
• Maintaining site store and materials.
• Performing of efficient operation through continuous monitoring of the site progress.
• Coordination with client engineers, consultants for approval of submittals, drawings & invoices
• Preparationof shop drawing/As-built in co-ordination with contractor/consultant

Job Responsibility:
• Co-ordination with client engineers, consultants for approval of submittals, drawings and getting the work done at the site through site supervisors
• Supervising and controlling the quality ofwork, manhours, material and tools used for each assignment.
• Preparationof as built drawing according to site requirement.
• Direction and preparation of billing documents.
• Generation of proper safety awareness and implementing safety system.

AREA OF INTREST INCLUDES:
Act as an Electrical Engineer and responsible for complete project Work Supervision of substations upto 132 kv
• Strong engineering and project management background in Planning, execution and maintenance of Electrical Distribution/Transmission MV & LV projects
• Provide Front End Engineering design (FEED), technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems
• Examine tenders, contracts, BOQ prepared by other departments, agencies, contractors and consultants and advise for necessary coordination
• Budget Preparation and Resource Allocation of New Electrical (MV & LV) EPC Projects
• Commissioning and Maintenance of (33KV/13.8KV/11KV/0.44KV) cables, switchgears, transformers, feeder pillars and other distribution equipment’s
• Carryout Switching Operations from Distribution Control Room/SCADA (33KV/13.8KV/11 KV)
• Study of Distribution system using SAP modules, GIS, CYMEDIST, AutoCAD, Micro station etc.
• Coordination with all Engineering disciplines, contract managers and Government Agencies for Right of Way and Permits
• Doing electrical installation for all type of projects releted to power Transmission line /underground cable upto 132 kv, Installation, Commissioning, 11kv, 33kv cables, cable trays, Terminations of HV cables, testing of cables, GIS Switchgear upto 132kv, cable laying, cable duct, cable trenches, Transformers, junction box, joint pit, Capacitor, Resistor, Cable sheath, Auxillary transformers, Relays, Panels etc.
• Help site installation team in seeking approval for instances that they are facing problems and require the Project Engineers Intervention on site by traveling to Site location & having face to face meeting with client
• Participate and provide support in the preparation of Plans, drawings etc. required for the execution of project activities during different phases.
• Ensure prerequisites for mobilization to site such and medical fitness certificates, valid security passes, travel cards, Safety trainings, manpower and equipment certification.
• Arrange and follow up with subcontractor’s manpower & equipment demobilization.
• Verify and offer subcontractors bills for payments.
• Be responsible for supporting and coordinating with construction team at site to ensure timely completion of site works.
• Coordinating with site team for particular site requirement with purchase.
• Handling subordinates for completion of projects
• Preparing job specific project estimates/ quotations.
• Take care of the required engineering for project.
• Attend the client meetings where necessary.
• Ensure clients timely and accurate delivery of finished project
• Assist reporting manager with daily tasks. Periodic reporting to Project Manager and General Manager.
• Conceptually strong with aninnovative &analytical approach to work with an eye for detail.Ability to learn new concepts &technology within a short time span.
