Regular surveillance/ Inspection of construction activities as per project inspection and test plan
Store and maintain all quality records.
Coordinate with construction personnel about on going inspection issues.
Regular reporting to QA/QC engineer discussion with construction manager on any major issues which require immediate action.
Ensure proper implementation of ISO 9001. 9002, 9003
QC inspection for instrument and electrical / system as per inspection and test plan project specification and preparation of QR forms (instrument installation inspection)
All activities during the construction a commissioning, test, mongering, of power and control cable and measuring earth resistance test.
Pre loop inspection.
Ensure all instrument were installed and tested as per project quality procedure and project specification & preparation of Jo13 forms for instrument installation inspection.
Coordination with BGP in pressure testing of impulse line and preparation of JO10 forms pressure test.
To ensure that that all inspection and test records are properly documented and made Available for handover to the client, on completion in accordance with construction requirement.
Review of design and construction related document, conducting material inspection.

Prepare non - conformance with the costumer representative to good quality.
QC inspection for instrument and electrical system as per inspection and test plan, project specification, national electrical code.
Conduct all instruments as per approved ITP.
Witness of instrument calibration, loop check
