As a team member of Support and Enhancement team my role is maintaining/upgrading database schema, Reports Designing and Generation and Trouble Shooting/Support.
As a team member of implementation and customization of user requirements my role was to access the user requirements and gap analysis. Make a bridge to solve the gap by customization in database, forms & reports. Additional tasks like database administration create database user, their maintenance and database backups.
