Working in Project for Australian Telecomm. Company - “TELSTRA” as a Network Voice Engineer.
•Management of VoIP network for the client. Managing, monitoring and troubleshooting VoIP related issues. Monitoring day to day performance
•Providing Network solutions, technical support and training on VOIP Networks for our client
•Working on various Cisco Routers and Switches.
•Provide support for IP PBX and ISDN PABX setup of the customers and troubleshooting voice quality or call drops related issues.
•Setting up of Hunt Groups, Shared call appearance, line hunts etc.
•Troubleshooting of call signaling protocols like SIP.
•Troubleshooting issues like IP phone registration, SIP trunk registration issue.
•Analyze LAN to determine what the major problems are and what improvements are needed to be made to the network infrastructure.
