Management of Interior Design Section, Qatar Foundation Projects
Development of Utilization matrices for ID staff for over 30 projects and over 24 months and correlation to invoicing
Coordination of workload within section for 16 staff, recruitment and integration of new staff
Business development, starting design enhancement works, and developing FM services to Client
Restructuring and implementation of efficiency increasing procedures to section such as grouping by specialty

Workload planning and follow up on each team member progress on tasks
Objective and KPI setting with each staff and performance reviews bi-annually
Monthly meeting with team and bi-monthly meeting with ID team leaders
Resolution of staff queries in coordination with company support teams
Procedure enhancement
Creation of procedure handbook with modifications and examples for new joiners and as refresher for interior design staff
Client Liaison
Creation of Team Building exercise with Client

Managing interior design scope and client representation
Developing solutions in coordination with Contractor and Consultant to meet Client and End User requirements during Construction
Reporting on all Interior Design and FF&E related topics such as variations, execution plans, progress on site, snagging progress and implementing Client requirements with minimal impact to the project scope
