Leading the implementation of JOSOR Project in Partnership with the Jordanian ministry of youth. JOSOR Project
now in implementing in 7 different governorates around Jordan throughout three CBOs. This project funded by the
German Cooperation and it aims to “Promote the Constructive Relationships between Youth and Local Authorities
by strengthen youth participation in local governance”. Through building a collaboration between young people and
local authorities by using youth platforms in each governance. Therefore, more than 70 advance youth training were
delivered for more than 200 participants around Jordan at the same time 50 awareness session about the civic
engagement were delivered to more than 500 participants from the local community. Moreover, a collaboration
was created between the youth and the local authorities and local councils within their governorates and they were
invited to series of dialogue sessions and round table meetings. As a result, 7 independent platforms were
established in each governorate each one of them led by 30 youth leaders in order to be a part of the decision making
under the local council’s supervision and supported by the MOY. Also, behind the programmatic approach. I’m part
of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 team within SFCG, where we support and coordinate events, activities
and webinars related to the 16th
goal, Peace Justice and Strong institutions.

Leading the delivery for more than 16 Intense Active Citizen and Peace-Building training for four continuous days
conducted on campus. 300 youth were trained from different areas and back grounds in Jordan. 14 initiatives were
created as rustle of this training and implemented. Also, another Common Ground Approach training delivered for
administrative staff and presidency from different universities around Jordan that came up with 4 initiatives
implemented within the university’s community. Keep up the implementation process during COVED-19 pandemic
by conducting more than 36 different training and mentor sessions using many online platforms and new tools such
as Padlet, Trello and Asana. Managed to build a strong relationship and enhancing the level of Resilience within the
implementing partners, universities administration, and KADF to reach their fully engagement and support during
the project progress to achieve the sustainability of the initiatives’ goals. Moreover, I am member of Youth Peace
and Security committee as part of UNSCR 2250 within SFCG. Through this committee we work on developing a
report on effective practice for PYD programs in conflict-affected contexts in MENA region. In addition, I am the
Social Committee focal point, I managed to improve the work atmosphere within and outside the office, consult
with staff and made recommendation for team building activities.
Scope of Work:
In my role as Project Coordinator with Search for Common Ground and Britch Council as an implementing partner,
my main role is to ensure the agreed project management methods, standers, and processes maintained throughout
the project lifecycle. Coordinates all elements of the project including planning, budget projection, reviews and
coordination with local partners, and takes over all responsibility for quality and timeliness of the DME aspects.
Develops and maintains positive relationship with partner organizations, youth groups, NGOs, donors, politicians,
key government officials, media outlets and so on within Jordan. Oversees alongside communication officers and
implementing partners the online camping flow and results and reports accordingly. During working on
Strengthening Resilience II project for youth at Jordanian universities.
My duties, include but are not limited to:
• Representing the organization to donors, partners, government, and other stakeholders. maintaining
communications with European Union through the British Council including periodic reporting,
communications materials, branding, and success stories, monitoring and evaluation, and budgetary issues.
Specifically, assume leading responsibility for managing all required reporting for the project.
• Participation of proposals and projects development through, brainstorming sessions, focus groups
discussions, analysing the needs assessments, and participated in designing the projects.
• Presenting projects outcomes as well as the lessons learnt to the Senior Management Team.
• Coordinates all project activities, including the training and mentoring of youth, stakeholders Outreach, and
sub grants for collective action projects.
• Team management, including supervision of officers, assigning tasks, providing them with the capacity
development, and evaluating them.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support to trained beneficiaries, through close follow up with the youth to
guide them toward how to implement, to make sure the implementation is going smoothly, effectively and
in the right direction.
• Build strong relationships with partners, ministerial representatives, local authorities, media and youth to
ensure sustainable partnerships and smooth implementation.
• Coordinating the projects’ administrative, and logistical tasks related to programmes, and ensuring the
delivery of these needs.

• Actively engage as Corporate Trainer with others in developing and delivering project training by determine
training needs and schedule training sessions, design effective training programs, select and book venues,
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Ensures quality filing and reporting systems for each mentorship session, include all the mentorship session
details, CAPs progress, challenges and Collecting Case study examples of increased individual/ group
resilience to capture ongoing changes and progress.
• Developing strategic plans for project and create projects management toolkit for fulfilling each goal and
objective to ensuring that the project deadlines are met.
• Coordinates M&E data, activity results, and documentation with the M&E consultant.
• Works closely with the Security Officer in monitoring the evolving safety and security situation in the
geographical location of the project activities and ensures that project operations comply with the safety
and security guidelines.
