Set project and change standards and builds up a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing projects in order to enable streamlined operations of projects and standardized reporting;
Set project requests’ and prioritization standard and templates to ensure high value projects are qualified;
Set up and follow project and change management reporting capabilities in order to provide timely insights to leadership for decision making;
Set up KPIs and metrics and ensure on time reporting to ensure IT’s deliveries are according to the department’s strategy and targets.

Act as source of knowledge for acting project managers and deliver project management training in order to improve their project management capabilities.
Manage & maintain portfolios
Develop and update portfolios and provide portfolio information to relevant stakeholders so management can evaluate the health of each portfolio and take corrective actions.
Resource Management
Coordinate with other IT groups to maintain an updated registry of IT and 3rd party resources to effectively manage available resources;
Optimally allocate resources to projects and changes according to the applicable prioritization methodology to ensure that high priority projects are properly staffed and executed in a timely fashion.
Program and project management
Working as project manager in order to augment project management capacity;
Optimize the cost performance of their projects and portfolios;
Manage along with the relevant sourcing specialist any commercial agreements within the boundaries of their projects, to ensure adherence to the scope.

Comply with all relevant coding, security and development management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee productivity, task delivery and a responsible attitude.

Develop and implement best in class e-commerce strategy for one of the largest retailer in Kuwait and Saudi.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including AOV, conversion rate, engagement metrics, sales and revenue using Google Analytics.
Manage and optimize all online content and online product merchandising.
Scope, plan and deliver digital projects including migration to responsive design, new payment option functionalities and ongoing site optimizations.

Communicate omni-channel strategy, trends and data to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
