New Mercedes Benz 2S Customer Services Facility : Mercedes Bridge Facility 2S is a maintenance/service workshop, spare part area, and administration building. Built on a 7000 m2 area and contains ground, Mezzanine & and roof floors.
Mercedes Flagship project: Mercedes Flagship Showroom is a renovation and extension project for the existing showroom on an area of 4000 m2 and contains basements, ground, Mezzanine & and roof floors.
Responsibility :
Work closely with the Resident Engineer to create a well-informed and detailed plan for the architectural tasks in the project.
Inspect contractors' and subcontractors' pre-qualifications, showrooms, and factories/workshops as needed.
Review all workshop submittals, including shop drawings, materials, method statements, QA/QC procedures, and technical submittals.
Periodic site inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements. ensure construction activities comply with the approved shop drawings, method statement, and project specifications
Report discrepancies against contract documents to the Resident Engineer for implementation of corrective measures.
Ensure all materials are inspected on delivery for proper storage and protection as per manufacturer’srecommendations to avoid damage to materials, Maintain onsite quality control Ensure warranty and protection of installed systems.
Inspect mock-ups and work progress to comply with contract requirements.
Coordinate between all trades such as Finishes, MEP, structural etc to resolve any technical Coordination issues
Assist in resolving contractor issues at a site such as request for time extensions, Variation orders, change order requests, etc, and make recommendations to RE.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and cost verification to prepare payment certificates
Review project close-out documents- O&M manual, As-built drawings & recommended Spare parts list.
Lead the snagging procedure after substantial completion

Responsibilities:
• To review the contractor's submittals - consist of, material submittals, method statements, pre qualifications, mock-ups, shop drawings, as built drawings, work Request For Inspection (WRIA).
• To review and check all project drawings to ensure standardization, compliance of the design asspecified as per contract
• Review of shop drawings and co-ordinate with other trades such as civil/structural and MEP,
• Update Quantity surveyor on work progress
• To review CDR (Daily report ) and keep track of contractor work progress on daily basis.
• Review of materials samples and data (MD) and inspect material delivery (MDN) to site to comply withcontract requirements.
• Onsite inspection of construction activity as per WRIA received. Direct inspections of constructionoperations by contractors and to ensure that it is in compliance with the approved shop drawings, method statement and project specifications.
• To perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements of design components within project area, visit site to ensure compliance with specifications, approve quality of materials and work, and advise contractors including procurement andproject management teams throughout the construction of the project.
• Observe construction projects at all stages to identify problems and take timely action to resolveproblems encountered.
• Liaising with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work progress is as per assured quality and as per design intent and contract requirements.
• To send and receive transmittals and prints through the Document Controller

"Jaypee Sports City", located about 35 miles south of New Delhi, is being developed around the Buddh
International Circuit which hosted the Inaugural Indian GP in 2011 as part of the Formula 1 season. The Master plan for the city was envisioned by SOM. Thereafter Peter Ellis New Cities was contracted to carry forward the project through the Concept Design phase.
