Primary field assessment
Coordination and representation
•Meet village’s representatives and conduct meetings / surveys to assess the needs.
•Meet UC representatives according to AO recommendations.
•Meet Local Agencies (PDMA, TMA…) according to Field Co recommendation.
•Meet L/I NGOs, Red Cross / Red Crescent Movement, UNs according to Field Co recommendation; Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Disabled Persons Organizations (DPOs), participate in focus group discussion with community members and according to Field Co recommendation.
•Attend to meetings as required in collaboration with Communication & Partnership Focal Point.
Data Collection
•Read and understand all data collected by Field Co and AO at District / Taluka /UC level.
•Collect all relevant data from HI program Team (DVFP, WASH, Shelter, EMRE).
•Sort and organize collected data (maps, reports, area of intervention) in folders /files.
Reporting
•Dully fill Assessment Forms / Village Summaries / Focus Group Discussion forms.
•Transmit all data to AO.
Monitoring of implemented activities
•Under the field Coordinator requirement, fulfill an impact assessment of terminated of ongoing activities.
•Fulfill monitoring and evaluation monitoring tools as designed in the Assessment reporting framework.
•Keep track of all projects and programmes monitoring and evaluation schedules.
•Conduct field visits (interviews, focus groups, site visits, surveys, secondary data collection) and collect and review documents as required in support of evaluations.
•As necessary, analyze data collected in the course of evaluations.
•Highlight for management major implementation issues that, if not addressed, could result in failure of projects, which would, affect results of projects.
•Ensure that lessons learned during project interventions are shared with project staff.
Assist the Program Manager in effective implementation and management of program activities.
Assist the Program Manager in building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with participating stakeholders.
Conduct trainings, seminars and workshops with political party participants and provide technical assistance through individual and group consultations.
Prepare and implement a work plan in accordance with the program objectives
Monitor program activities and collect program results
Assist in the production of newsletters, brochures, training manuals and other materials as required for the program.
Draft weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that detail program activities and monitor and measure program results and political developments.
Manage and reconcile program expenses in consultation with the administrative staff.

Overall project management
• Community Mobilization
Design & Initiate Community Mobilization Process with team affords to organize, establish & strengthen partner communities into forum at village level & at Cluster Level.
Contribute to the Participatory development of instruments, tools 7 procedures for the implementation of the Community development component.
Assist in mobilizing communities to understand their own problems & opportunities, to facilitate in the design of development plans & activate them for participatory development process.
• Strengthening Community Organization
Work in close liaison with Capacity Building officers to plan & Conduct trainings of community organizations in record managements, leadership skills, representation of marginalized group of society particular poorest families & women
Document all the community level activities & submit reports on schedule as communicated by reporting department from time to time.
• Civil Society & Network
Make Initial contact & regular liaisons with existing network along with identification of opportunities & avenues whereby CO & cluster organization are engaged for sharing experience, exposure & Consolidate initiatives
Able to mobilize civil society organization & networks to initiate & participate citizen & community participation in local governance processes. Planning & development.
