Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services .Conduct customer satisfaction survey, collect feedback and compile reports with through analysis.
Conduct a thorough review of publicly available local/International press records, using online and proprietary databases and manual investigative research.
Undertake research to highlight any instances of controversy or notable publicly aired criticism on the subject in question.
Conduct in-depth, detailed background research and inquires on the subject of interest including the legal status, ownership, director and officers, related entities, business operations and general reputation.
Verify documents including incorporation documents, work certificate, manufacture’s authorizations, bid securities and the like.
Research the public record available within local/ international Governmental institutions such as Trial Courts, Police, SECP and other regulators/ authorities, also initiate a number of strictly confidential inquiries with local field sources close to the relevant financial, business and social communities as well as to the country’s law enforcement and regulatory agencies that may be familiar with the activities of the Subject and its principals.
Responsible to conduct Due Diligence research on individuals and cooperation’s worldwide, vetting of potential suppliers, vendors in compliance with UK bribery act and FCPA due diligence requirements.
Search the Companies and individual’s public record published in local and International Media, evaluate the individual’s and company’s reputation according to the published material and also responsible to search Companies and individual’s information regarding litigation, criminal and corruption from news articles publishing in all major print media across the globe
Arranged Parents teacher meeting
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
