My major role is to prepare for daily, weekly, and monthly deliveries for government and semi-
government customers, as well as to ensure that all orders/ pending LPOs are scheduled on time.
Review and process purchase orders upon receiving the local purchase orders.
Coordinated with Supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Penalty analysis for delayed shipment or out of stock items and Work closely with the finance
department to ensure that all penalties are claimed.

Managing Daily basis purchasing and supply activities, supervising staff and allocating tasks.
Recommending improvement to Purchasing and supply procedure for operational efficiency.
Training new employees in the Purchasing Team.
Ensure that all Purchasing and supply operation were performed in accordance with company
policy and procedures.
Negotiating Pricing, Lead time and Term & Condition with Suppliers and customers.
Monitoring Existing stock and keep eyes on shelf life of the Products.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Maintained accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and provided regular reports to senior management
