Ensuring that each franchise location meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee behavior, and operating procedures


Managing the development of promotional plans for new products and services to ensure that they are effective at increasing brand recognition and sales

• Provide day-to-day supervision of activities including training, manpower planning and performance evaluation.
• Translate overall Sales plans and strategies to maximize current and future sales and provide input to relevant units’ and overall strategy.
• Participate in special projects/programs such as major promotions, new product launches or new marketing initiatives.
• Present and explain the sales target and the plan to all staff.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.
• Represent Mobily at key engagements to build on existing relations and identify and initiate new sales opportunities.
• Design and Implement sales initiatives and campaigns that generate new levels of sales & revenues.
• Monitor and track performance and developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate manager so that corrective action is taken.
