• Verification and confirmation of booking details, including container type, weight and destination.
• Coordination with the responsible departments to ensure the availability of containers.
• Ensure that shipping instructions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Receiving requests for BL changes from customers or internal departments.
• Make the necessary changes to the BL information, e.g. details of the consignee, cargo description or port of discharge.
