The National Accountability Bureau is Pakistan's apex anti-corruption organization. It is charged with the responsibility of elimination of corruption through a holistic approach of awareness, prevention and enforcement. It operates under the National Accountability Ordinance-1999. With headquarter at Islamabad; it has four regional offices in the provincial capitals and one at Rawalpindi. It takes cognizance of all offences falling within the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO).
My Key role since September 2012 is to manage, review, design, implement and improve the existing network infrastructure which helped ‘NAB’ to grow its network infrastructure to several folds, expanding the network, providing unprecedented mobility and support to users outside and inside the organization. As a Senior Network/System Manager resource of Network and Systems Division, I am responsible for the following milestones.
• Overall Supervision & Management of NAB Computer Cell
• Servicing head office & branch communication, distributing and advising the team as required
• Management of Domain Controller, Antivirus Server, Archive Server, Remote Rational Database system.
• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance, products & services
• Conducting site feasibility surveys, installs, tests, maintains and repairs
• Organise Conference hall & Meeting Room for Training Cadres & RBMs
• Manage Weekly Video Conferencing with Headquarter
• Data and communication management on intranet
• Conducting trainings and seminars for staff
• Configuration of user authentication/authorization on Windows Platform
• Administer Close Circuit TV System
• All IT related Plans and Procedures
One of the known autonomous Government organization in KPK, Pakistan. The fundamental mission of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board is to ensure timely availability of all Textbooks to all the students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa up to intermediate either free of cost with the collaboration of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department or through open market to privately managed academic institutions against minimum price.
I was primarily responsible for implementation of Network Services, Network Optimization, Network Connectivity, Network and Systems Security, Monitoring and Internet Connectivity which was essential for the KPK Text Book Board Office and Support Services. As an IT Network Administrator for more than 5 years in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board Peshawar the following milestones were accomplished:
• Maintenance & management of the Windows based Server Environment
• Supervision & Management of Board Database system & Web Administration
• Management of server software and associated backup routines
• Broadband and Secure WLAN Setup
• Remote Assistance and Administration for routine trouble shooting

• Configuration of Certificate Services integrated with Active Directory for supporting WPA2 Wireless Security
• Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs
