Roles and Responsibility -
•Master Data management - Materials Master, Vendor Master, Source list, Info record.
•Creation of plants and assignments storage locations purchase organizations, purchasing groups.
•Coordination with other functions the concerned depts.
•Managing Procurement scenario.
•Configuration of Document Type for PR, PO, Contract.
•Post implementation support includes solving the request raised by the end user.
•Ensure timely response and resolution of problem tickets with in the stipulated time.
•Creation of condition records for different condition types.
•Preparation of unit & of integration test scripts
•Providing end user training and End user manual preparation.
•Creation of New Condition type and Assignment of Condition type in Pricing Schema.
•Managing Procurement scenario.
•Providing reports to auditors in Purchasing .
•Defined functional specifications for the Release Procedures of External documents (Purchase Orders) and Purchase Requisitions for Procurement.
•Configured the Material Master Data (Material group, Material type).
