Very Good experienced of PLUMBING, HVAC AND ELECTRICAL.
deputed at Four Seasons Hotel located at Al Mariah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Fully responsible for Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the newly installed AHU, FAHU, FCU, Ecology Unit and valves as well as Maintenance of the existing units at the Hotel complex.
Carry out repairs, maintenance and installation to all related plant and equipment
To complete work orders, PPMs, CWAs as directed
Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance on the HVAC services associated plant such as, district cooling network, heat exchangers, AHU’s (Air Handling Unit), VAV’s (Variable Air Volume), FCU’s (Fan Coil Unit), circulating pumps, heating units, supply and exhaust fans and associated control equipment.
To select, request, correct materials from engineering stores
Commanding the subordinate in executing the work of Chilled water piping insulation, Cladding of chilled water primary and secondary piping etc.
Similar project handled and executed for the following Scope and location.
•Client : Mediclinic Hospital, Abu Dhabi scope : Sub-Contract HVAC work.
Maintenance of FAHU, VAV, VALVE, DUCTING, Callorifier Installation etc.
•Sub-Contract HVAC work at: Amity International School, Abu Dhabi.
Installation Testing and commissioning of secondary pump, Booster Pump, Water Pressure Tank.
•Abu Dhabi Marina International Sport's Club.
Client : Marina Sports
Scope : MEP Contract.
Water boat charging, Pressure pump & piping related activity.
•Residence Villas & Commercial building HVAC Maintenance work.
HVAC SAFETY & ELECTRICAL PANEL WORK EXPERTISE:
•Terminating and Setting Switchgear Panels and other Distribution Panel/Equipment.
•General Testing of the Panel/Equipment..
•Analyzing and troubleshooting of electrical control loop termination and testing etc.
•Guide & support the sub-ordinates during assemble, conducting test & installations and various type of motor controls repair such as starters, stop and start buttons, relays, timers, panels, circuit breakers, transformers etc.
•Capable to find out & troubleshoot various kind of Compressor.
•Capable to set VFD Controller with Stare Delta starter, Interlocking of Unite Dutty and Standby connection.
