Designation: Site Electrical Engineer and Safety Engineer
Work Responsibilities as an Electrical Design Engineer:
● Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical related work, Designing
Lighting Drawing with Illumination perspective.
● Finishing Site tasks in the given time in a proper way.
● Ordering the required material as per specification.
● Coordinating with mechanical and finishing department avoiding repetitive work.
● Making of As-built drawing.
● Approving the work done from consultants and making the work inspection report.
● Monitoring the progress of work in relation with the work program and report to Project Manager.
● Coordinate with Consultant / Main contractor representative for any site instructions and inspection
of works.
Work Responsibilities as a HSE Engineer:
● Safety at Excavation, Installation of batching plant, Form Work for Construction erection, Concreting,
Working at height, Installation at height, Safety of Steel Yard, Structure Fabrication Shop, Tank Farm.
● Heavy lifts for safe operation.
● Safe & standard erection of scaffolds.
● Traffic safety, on site Emergency Plan Response (Mock Drills) etc.
● Monitor PPE and ensure quality & availability of adequate stock in inventory.
● Workplace monitoring and regular inspection of ongoing construction activities, mechanical jobs.
● Management Safety Walk, Safety Committee Meetings, Weekly Progress Meetings.
● Contractors’ approvals through Technical Bid Evaluation and Pre Questionnaires Queries.
● Preparation of MIS report, Safety Performance Report weekly and Monthly, safety statistics reports.
● Independent handling of construction site for Field Safe jobs.
● Safety audits, inspections, Hazard Identification, safety management walk etc.
● Putting observation in Action Tracking System, communication with line management.
● Accident Investigation for facts & root cause findings, analysis & implementing recommendation of the
same and sharing lessons
● Promote safety culture by safety promotion activities.
● To comply legal requirements for safety, Health & Environment.
● Imparting general and job specific training to workers
•Working knowledge of automated assembly systems, a good understanding of the basic theory of industrial control systems applications, design, and operation including concepts of power distribution.
•Capable of performing the following manufacturing engineering functions: Tooling, process & layout design; quality engineering, ergonomics, and safety.
•Ability to troubleshoot and program machine controls (Siemens - Step 7, Allen Bradley - Ladder Logic)
•Able to support all shifts as required
•Strong troubleshooting skills
•2 years’ experience and demonstrated success as a Manufacturing/Controls Engineer in an Automotive Manufacturing or Assembly facility.
•Experience in training others.
•2 years’ experience Program machine controls (Siemens - Step 7, Allen Bradley - Ladder Logic)
•AutoCAD experience.
LANGUAGE ‘C ++’ WITH HARDWARE INTERFACING:
•Controlling of stepper motor, cylinder using language C ++ program with the parallel port, serial port (continue).
Also hardware interface like the mouse, keyboard etc.
•Controller of Stepper Motor, Cylinder using C++ Program with Parallel Port and Serial Port
•Capable of Programming 3D Printer using Atmel Arduino Controller Mega 1280.
•Line following, ball spotting and firefighting robots with Arduino Control
•Cooling System Controller using Fuzzy Logic
•PLC and HMI Software Planning, Programming, Implementation, and Commissioning
•Programmed Buzzer for Security Alarms using 8051 Micro Controller Training and Development Kit
