the forecasting process for assigned categories within guidelines set by the MP Manager.
•Working on global sales forecasts for his/her category and break it down into detailed sales forecasts at the individual product level.
•Managing the overall stock and OTB targets set by the MP Manager, creating detailed buying plans at the product level.
•Managing communicate plans to the Buying Department, ensuring that orders are placed in a timely and accurate fashion.

inventory as needed, and increase sales volume.
•Reviewed historical data and ensuring the right collections were placed in stores at the optimal time.
•Preparing Margin Report, Stock Report at Sup Cost, landed Cost, Original retail & Current retail, Sell-thru report with product images and implement different type of promotion and mark down.
•Monitor Cost of Sale, Supplier cost, Landed Cost etc at all levels & inform gaps to teams.
•Create and monitor PO’s - Trouble shoot & Support Distribution centre so PO reaches on time.
•Proficient user of ORMS (Oracle Retail Management system) Oracle Retail Management system and responsible to manage all data manipulation in (ORMS) including item creation, PO creation and inventory management.
•Responsible for the configuration of HHT’s for my assigned brands for Cycle Count and annual stock take.
•Handling all HHT’s trouble shooting and training for store staff independently.
First level of Support to users on H/W, S/W and LAN against logged requests
•Handled troubleshooting the network services (printing, email service and internet access).
•Handled Troubleshooting the hardware (PCs, printers) and follow up the hardware failure repair process in both Head Quarter and the Police Stations
•Ensured the Data backup of user’s data and security policies implementation.
•Updated all users’ applications with the latest service packs & patches.
•Managed Antivirus to protect against Virus attacks by regularly updating the Antivirus S/W and scanning all computers.
•Managed computer H/W preventive maintenance and regular system audit.
•Provided Orientation for users on the use of their H/W, S/W and Network accessibility
•Handled installation, setup and escalation of software application for police management system.
