Working as a Senior Network Administrator my responsibilities are there to used different methodologies to increase the performance and reliability of the network infrastructure, Worked on wireless networking, both LAN and WAN. Created documents on network architecture, its design criteria, performance metrics, etc. Installed different software’s, hardware’s and equipments in company.
Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems, Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments, Performing routine audits of systems and software, Performing backups, Performing network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems while maintaining minimal system outages, applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes, installing and configuring new hardware and software, adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc. Configuring Network Printing devices, directory structures, rights, network security and software on file servers, answering technical queries, ensure the users security, documenting the configuration of the system. Troubleshooting any reported problems, system performance tuning, ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
