As a general Manager Audit, overall responsible for control environment and its implementation. Observe control deviations on all levels and monthly present reports to management about all department i.e., Admin, HR, Operations, Supply chain management, accounts and finance.
Manage all operation related to financial and taxations..
Overall responsibility of all taxation including sales tax and income tax. Additionally involved in sales of textile machinery and related recovery.
Preparation of Monthly Income statements, Filing of Monthly sales tax returns, filing of monthly statement of income tax withheld, overall control of all the activities related to accounts and finance. Manage imports of raw material from different countries. Dealing with banks.
Preparation and finalization of Zakat/Tax declaration in accordance with the Saudi Tax Law and standards issued by Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountant.
Provide the assistance to the clients in application of withholding tax provisions as applicable as per Saudi Tax Law.
Supervise and finalize the different assignments including internal audit, inventory system and monthly accounts preparation with report to the management about internal control system and financial results.
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns of individuals, prepare the reply of the notices issued by Income Tax Department under different Sections of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
• Audit planning, direction, supervision and detailed review of financial statements to report thereon;
• Financial statements disclosure requirements as per relevant laws, and Accounting Standards;
• Sales Tax matters specifically from viewpoint of financial statements;
• Accounting policies that are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and International Accounting Standards;
• Management of office and subordinate staff;
• Preparation of reports for senior management;
• Dealing with the clients and fulfilling their needs on a timely basis;
• Supervise the book keeping assignments.
• Evaluating system of internal control and risk management procedures identifying weaknesses therein and communicating those weaknesses along with recommendations to those charged with governance and management;
• Designing and implementation of internal control system and industry specific re-engineered processes for clients;
• Performing periodic and continuous internal audit assignments for clients to ensure compliance with all implemented controls and procedures and relevant laws and accounting treatments and to report findings to the management along with recommendations of necessary actions to be taken.
• Preparation of detailed income tax workings and filing of Income Tax Returns of companies, partnership firms and individuals (having local and export sales);
• Preparation of replies to notices under different sections of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (Pakistan) and appearing before Income Tax Authorities;
• Recording of sales from sales invoices and OGP received from Marketing and Sales department
• Periodic aging of accounts receivables and follow up of past due balances and to report the same to Manager accounts for other necessary actions
• Collection and recording of cheques received from parties and to send them for depositing into the Company’s bank account
• To prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• To record the purchases from purchase invoices and GRNs received from Purchase department
• To process the payments and get the vouchers authorized from internal audit, Manager accounts and director operations
• To prepare the cheques of the parties and to get them signed from the directors.
• To prepare the periodic aging of accounts payables and accounts payable reconciliations for management
