Roles and Responsibilities:
- To provide effective MEP, Civil maintenance (all locations) and cleaning services (PJCCC and Security Cabins) ensuring a smooth operation of all premises at Gateway Towers, PJCCC and Security Cabins and minimizing escalations.
- Overseeing 24x7 daily operations and maintenance of all FM services, coordinate with vendors, verify PPM plans and service contracts.
- Manpower deployment to maximize efficiency and minimize response time for all Breakdown calls and preventive maintenance of all assets under scope of works.
- Negotiated and maintained a healthy relation with all subcontractors and specialized service providers.
- Coordination with all stakeholder for shutdowns/commissioning activities and obtaining necessary work permits.

- Prepare performance scorecard evaluation for vendors, identify operation gaps and process improvements, ensure the SLA’s and KPI’s of all service contracts are in compliance.
- Provide technical support for daily operations, ensure risk management program and QHSE system is implemented and maintained, develop site-specific emergency procedures.
- Periodically conducting trainings for safe work methods, toolbox talks and various MEP related topics for professional development of manpower.
