- To provide effective MEP, Civil maintenance (all locations) and cleaning services (PJCCC and Security Cabins) ensuring a smooth operation of all premises at Gateway Towers, PJCCC and Security Cabins and minimizing escalations.
- Overseeing 24x7 daily operations and maintenance of all FM services, coordinate with vendors, verify PPM plans and service contracts.

- Management of minimum inventory stock to ensure availability of all spares and tools to attend any planned/unplanned maintenance activity.
- Prepare performance scorecard evaluation for vendors, identify operation gaps and process improvements, ensure the SLA’s and KPI’s of all service contracts are in compliance.
- Provide technical support for daily operations, ensure risk management program and QHSE system is implemented and maintained, develop site-specific emergency procedures.
- Periodically conducting trainings for safe work methods, toolbox talks and various MEP related topics for professional development of manpower.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Successfully handling profile of Landmark Group, Oman Territory for 90+ Retail outlets and 3 malls across Oman territory.
- Skillfully carrying out smooth operations by providing effective MEP maintenance and housekeeping services through
dedicated team and mobile technician for more than 90 outlets spread across various locations across Oman including warehouse. Effectively testing performance, durability, safety and functionality of engineering solutions installed.
- Expertly provided AMC vendors management and coordination for all location for various services. Implementing complete asset database in CAFM software SmartFM and monitoring complaint closure and schedule activities for smooth operations along with Helpdesk operator.
- Capably scheduling preventive and breakdown maintenance while incorporating minimum response time for complaint resolution; coordinating and reporting to client for any additional requirements handling documentation, negotiation for cost savings and all necessary approvals. Invoicing and budgeting & related follow ups to clear accounts as soon as possible.
- Arduously prepared cost evaluations for various new tender; governed site visits for FM department and coordinated all relevant data needed for evaluation. Negotiated and coordinated with local specialized vendors for best prices for new tender submissions.
- Studiously snagged related to MEP for newly acquired projects and taking over responsibilities from existing contractors. Conducted and arranged trainings for company’s staff using in-house resources which included various specialized technical related to civil, electronics, FM, electrical and HVAC.

• Designed a low-profile 3-phase Inverter in a stacked configuration in Altium Designer
• Co-simulated the 3-phase Inverter in ANSYS Electromagnetics for parasitic matrix extraction at high frequencies
• Circuit simulation of the Inverter to verify the simulated results and impact of parasitic impedances
