Devising business strategy regarding investment and business opportunities to bring in more profitable revenues
Developing client relationship & maintain the existing ones in order to Cross & Upsell.
Search for innovative services & products in order to expand company’s products & services line to enhance & secure business growth.
Monitor performance of the different business segments and recommending improvement strategy in terms of how to control cost and increase the net profits, team performance and the output
Ensuring timelines for the projects delivery, completion & invoicing process and timely payment clearance so as maintain cash flows, through strong follow-ups.
Contracts management
Reporting performance, kPIs, payment status (both inwards & outwards) and the major developments taking place
Act as an interface between the business, clients & suppliers.
Participating in bidding process and preparation of business proposals & quotes.
Team building and development.
Generating & accelerating profitable sales, through understanding the customer requirements, suggesting solutions or best possible options, creating quotes for the customers through adopting effective negotiation & influential approach about the price and terms, keep a strong follow up until sales are made and closed.
Obtaining best possible quotes from the suppliers, either directly or through the purchase department, using effective strategy in order to get the favourable profit ratio.
Coordinating with team members throughout the sales cycle and provide high standard customer service & experience even after the sales is made by addressing any issues regarding shipment, billing or exchange if required, or addressing other miscellaneous issues.
Consulting Pre-Sales in case out of the way approach has to be adopted to meet the customer requirements by recommending IT/ Networking related solution.
Relacom Pakistan is the largest Telecom Rollout Sub Contractor in Pakistan providing services to Nokia, ZTE and Ericsson on Mobilink-Warid (Jazz), Telenor & CMPAK Pakistan network rollout projects.
During this role I managed every aspect of various rollout related projects, from business development, planning, budgeting, implementation to closure, in most of the Punjab province area of Pakistan; and the projects included:
3G, 4G NRO/ Upgrades & New Creations, Post SWAP, U900, Power Swap, Reverse & Forward Transportation, Dismantling, Pre-ATPs & ATPs.
Overview: During this time I have had the opportunity of working with UK’s few of the top companies in capacities of Retail Sales Manager, Visiting Officer etc. This has been another mile stone in my career and I gained a great deal of experience and a whole new set of expertise in business strategy & development.

Overview: Jazz Pakistan is the # 1 Cellular Service provider in Pakistan with over 38 Million subscribers and I have had the opportunity of working in capacities of Project Manager & Regional Project Manager in the Technical Project Management department of the Technical wing responsible to develop, enhance and spread mobile phone service and coverage across the country for the purpose of business development and maximizing revenue generation.
Key accomplishments & Responsibilities:
Successfully developed and implemented processes, communication strategy and action plans, while engaging all the stake holders from Technical & Commercial wings through Win Win and Conflict Management strategy.
Successfully Managed & Completed nationwide BTS Tower roll-out projects, on regional and national level.
Prepared a detailed forecast of all the project plan, liaising with all required parties to gather the most accurate estimates possible and commitment on agreed deliverables.
