Responsible for Overall Mission Critical Datacenter Operations which includes overall Operations, Power & Infra uptime, BMS, Capacity Management, Planning of Asset Maintenance, Compliance management, IST of Data centers, FATs, SATs, Governance with OEMs, Service partners and Vendors, Overall KPI Monitoring & Improvement (Uptime, Energy, PPM, Security, Audits, HSE).
Operations & Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of:
33KV/6.6KV/415 Substation, (8 MVA*2) Transformers (Indo Tech make) with OLTC, Power & Distribution Systems and Switch Gears.
Overhead & Underground high & low voltage cables & lines.
LT and HT Substation Panels with VD4 (6.6 KV) and VBF (33 KV) -Vacuum circuit breakers (ABB make), MCC’S, PCC’S, I/O Panels and Marshalling Panels.
HT DG Sets upto 6.6 KV, (1500 KVA *4) DG sets (TDPS make) with Woodward PLC controllers.
UPS & LT DG Set with AMF Panel, Capacitors & APFC banks.
HV & LV Breakers: SF6, VCB, OCB & ACB (ABB, Schneider, L&T make)
3 Phase Slip ring induction Motor up to 2000 KW, Squirrel cage induction motors and DC Shunt motors (BHEL, CG make)
Motor Starters of 3 phase slip ring induction motors and squirrel cage induction motors: LRS/GRR, DOL, RDOL, HDOL, Star-Delta and soft starters of different make and capacity.
Relays Testing and coordination - REM-601, REJ-601, REM-611, RET-630(ABB make).
LT and HT capacitor banks (Surinder Electric make), Heavy Duty Battery Charger With battery banks.
Auto-Manual Dampers/Actuators (Limtorque and AUMA make), Slide gates, Root blowers, and Air Compressors up to GA 55 (Atlas Copco).
Kiln (1580 TPD) and its auxiliary equipment’s
Motorized Valves, Pumps, Elevator, Conveyor, Dust Collector, etc.
Cooling Towers and its Auxiliary Equipment’s
EOT Hoisting and Grabbing of Crane (WMI Cranes limited make).
Fire Hydrant system, Fire Alarm Panels & CCTV Cameras.
Movable electro-Pneumatic truck loaders and PLC based electro Phantomatic Roto Packer (EEL India Limited make).
Done major Project on “Real Time Energy Monitoring of NIT Substation” using Smart energy meters, Gateway MTCP and HMI Software for completion of MTech in Power system and Energy Systems. The maintenance department of NIT Srinagar has different load centers and readings on these meters are taken manually. This process is time consuming for NIT substation staff and has inefficient accuracy. By implementing Energy monitoring System, there will be automatic elimination of man-made errors, and manual reading log books. The main aim of this project is to design real time visualization, monitoring and controlling of electrical distribution system
