• Hands on Experience as an Electrical Engineer in the field of Construction and Involved in Execution of Electrical on Hotel (24 level), Conventional center, Offices & Mosque buildings.
• Review of design drawings/Specs to ensure completeness of design documents as per Owner/Client requirements.
• Review of Contractor Construction documents Shop drawings, Material submittals, Technical queries.
• Site Inspection.
• Identify and Non Conformance to project requirement.

Project : King Abdullah Project Phase-5 by MOI (KAP-5)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Reporting to PM and attending progressive meetings.
•Enforces safety and health regulation on site.
•Ensure that all measuring tools and equipment’s used at site like Multi meter, Megger, Earth resistance tester HI pot are calibrated and have valid certificates.
•Review shop drawing at site for any modifications or rectification as per site conditions and oversees inclusion in as built drawings.
•Reviewing daily site progress reports of contractor.
•Preparation of RFIs and minutes of meeting for the progress meetings.
•Execute the project as per standard like NFPA -70, NFPA-72, IEC, IEEE, NEC and SASO
•Witnessing Testing and Commissioning of all electrical systems.
•Issuing & monitoring NCR’s and site observation notices for any violations of work at site as per contract and project specification and ensuring compliance at site prior to sign off.
•Ensuring that contractor is using proper approved shop drawing and material at site in compliance with approved material submittals.
•Attending weekly meetings with the contractor and the client representative for project progress.
•Inspection during construction and conducting snagging/de-snagging.
•Conducted IRS & MIRs at Site with Contractor Engineer.
Project : Hospital by MOH (200 Beds)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage the work, control and divide the work to the group team on site.
• Materials take off from approved shop drawing.
•Prepare IRs, MIRs, MPR, and daily site progressive report, weekly & monthly reports.
•Maintained log of IRS, MIRs, Shop drawing, Material, Calibration and NCR logs.
• Following and enforce safe work procedure at site.
•Conduct the Megger & Continuity testing of LV, MV Cables/Wires.
•Installation of 1ST, 2nd and 3rd fix of low voltage and low currents system like Conduits, Boxes, Cable tray/Cable trunk, Panels, Cables/Wires and Wiring devices as per shop drawings, project specification, standard and healthcare facilities standard
•Conduct the testing and commissioning procedure with 3rd party and consultant like Transformer, MV Switchgear, Busways, Package substations, MV cables etc.…
•Installation of BUSWAY system as per approved shop drawing.
•Installation of main Distribution panels & MCC panels according to fabrication drawing and standard.
•Attend and participate on project coordination meeting with the client, consultant and sub-contractor.
•Installation of Outdoor Package Substations for Housing and Chillers as per approved shop drawing and standard.
• Installation of Building grounding, Equipment grounding and Lightning protection for Main Hospital building, Technical plant & Housing.
•Installation of outdoor Lighting poles, Lighting, Manholes, Duct bank, Laying MV cables, LV cables, Fiber optical cables and Feeder pillears as per approved shop drawing, Project Specification and standard.
•Installation of Synchronization panels, Generators, UPS, Transformers etc. according to approved shop drawing, project specification and Standards.
•Installation Surgical and Isolation panels as per approved shop drawing and healthcare facility standard.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist the PM in all aspects including site supervision and office work.
•Installation of Grounding systems, Termite Welding and report the Ground Resistance testing records.
•Installation of Lighting Fixtures as per approved shop drawing and RCP.
•Installation of Medium voltage switchgear, MV/LV Transformer, Low voltage switchgear/switch board/ATS, UPS system, Power distribution unit (PDU), Capacitor bank, Bus way Panel board etc.
•Installation of power cables, cable trays, cable ladders, low current cables for CCTV, PA, FA, BMS, SC systems as per approved shop drawings, material, projects inspection, international and local standard.
•Cable termination and testing records for Hi-potential testing, Megger testing and continuity testing.
•Conducting the inspection at site with consultant.
•Monitor and execution of complete electrical works LC, LV & MV electrical installation, testing & commissioning and finishing works perform by sub-contractor.
Project : 13.8 KV & 231/400 V by SEC (Residential/ Commercial Housing projects)
Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Installation of KWH meter, Indoor/outdoor package Substation as per approved shop drawing and Sec standard.
•MV cables IR & Hi-Pot testing.
•LV cables IR Testing
•Laying of high voltage/Low voltage XLPE/PVC Cables in trench as per approved shop drawing and Sec standard.
• LV/MV Cable splicing, dressing and tagging with proper termination.
•Review consumer schemes, prepared measuring sheet and request for Material on Sec Software.
•Supervising Site team and conducted meeting at site.
Project : Water Transmission System by Wapda
Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Successful pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for pumping station and pipeline.
•In-charge of overseeing & inspecting all electrical & instrumentation construction works at 3 Pumping Stations and Pipeline including but not limited to the following:
•Installation of Main Pump Motors, Variable Frequency Drives \[VFD/AFD/VSD\], MV Switchgears, Distribution Transformers, LV Switchgears, MCC’s, Diesel Generator Sets, Industrial UPS Systems with battery banks, RIO Panels, & Marshalling Panels.
•Installation of Motor Operated Valves \[MOV’s\], RTU’s, Flow Meters, Pressure Indicators, and other pipeline instruments.
•Installation of FOC Cable along the pipeline.
•Installation of Surge Protection System for pipelines.
•Preparation of electrical rooms for equipment installation. Coordinating with civil engineers for manufacturer recommendations.
•To review contractor’s transmittals, including drawings & layouts, and procedures, for compliance with tender specifications.
•To witness the factory tests of electrical equipment on client’s behalf and insure conformity with project specifications.
•To witness successful Site Acceptance Tests for all equipment.
