 Plan, coordinate and prepare all pre-client arrival documents such as name boards, visas/documents welcome packs etc.
 Assign necessary staff to meet designated passengers by monitoring the flight information screen
 Establish flight arrivals/departures in order to ensure that passengers are promptly received and escorted to Burj Al Arab.
 Prepare report of all bookings for the next shift by retrieving information from system and passenger list in order to ensure that incoming shift leader is able to cater for manpower and equipment required.
 Collate & prepare details of incidents reported by clients on the shift related to service, ensuring transfer of feedback to the office. The info provided is ensures appropriate action by reservation department & hotel representatives
 Work as a bridge between the airport and hotel for the clients ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
