• Inspection of all Fire Safety Related Equipment.
• Conducting Basic Fire Fighting and Safety Training.
• Conducting daily checks within the premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises.
• Ensuring at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with.
• Supervising the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises.
• Conducting fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the management.
• Ensuring that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises.
• Training the occupants in the premises in firefighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
• Co-ordination and supervise the occupants within the premises in firefighting and in evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies.
• Constantly reviewing the condition and performance of all fire safety equipment and premises of the hotel for its timely maintenance and servicing or replacement to prevent adverse effects of operational efficiency.
• Inspecting facilities to determine fire hazards and recommending solutions to eliminate hazards
• Recommending updates to current fire protection systems as needed, such as additional smoke detectors
• Visits the sites for Fire Safety Gap Analysis and make the reports.
• Fire safety training to companies and spread the awareness of sensitivity of fire.
• Work on AutoCAD for drawing, fire evacuation plan and other related task.
• Supervision in all fire related projects and its execution.
• Inspection of fire extinguishers and fire related equipment
• Ensuring at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with.

• Operating and maintaining of electronic devices like DVR, Time Laps VCR, Multiplexer and PTZ-Doom Controller.
• Operating and maintaining of Baggage Scanning X-Ray Machines.
• Maintaining close co-ordination with Security Officer and Chief Security Officer to provide reports on daily operational activities.
• Working with other team members for smooth execution of daily monitoring and controlling activities
• Wiring, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Supervision of Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression Systems.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting activity of Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression System.

• Maintenance and troubleshooting activity of Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, CCTV, Access Control and other Safety and Security Systems.
• Routine inspection of Fire related equipment.
• Ability to work independently with safely and collaboratively.
