Key Result Areas: Leading the Maintenance team in providing service delivery, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establishing standard policies and procedures, and improving operational performance Generating Maintenance sales (Annual Maintenance Contracts, System Upgrades, and ad hoc Jobs) from a portfolio of Government, Corporate and MNC account to achieve annual targets. Coordinating with local regulatory bodies (SIRA & ADMCC) and managing Data submittals, Product Approvals, Inspections, and Technical project meetings Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance. Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy Routinely meeting customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately. Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers, and all members of staff at all levels Managing operations team, and project development from beginning to end Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, continually managing project expectations with team members & other sub-contractors. Developing and delivering progress reports, variation proposals, requirements documentation Developing best practices and tools, Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Provided strategic direction and managed development and implementation of policies, procedures and work instructions for aligning the department's operations to the committed performance targets Extended technical support for Presales and Sales Team and assured compliance with CMS Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and also Government Security Policies Organized pre-commissioning meetings to brief staff on duties during commissioning and safety hazards and analyzed site specific safety issues Monitored testing process followed by contractor on successful installation based on the approved design from the client before CCTV System Drove the implementation of Handover Documentation Package to ensure regional requirements are met for satisfactory work completion
