J.M.F, Follow up test method Aashto, astm and specification of m.o.t like, check method of statement of about site actives, approval for chemical about site joint, Check about M.I.R etc...........
Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
Inspect the production quality to establish if the client requirements are being achieves.
Shall perform a variety of inspection functions under supervision.
Record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Management system (QMS)
Review Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for holding, witness and inspection points.
Review inspections on Exception Items (EI) as documented and sign off a closed when activity is complete.
Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project recording and documenting any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS).
Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use.
Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS)
maintain a good working relationship with all Parsons and Client personnel.
Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
Comply with all Project HSE requirements i.e. PPE, work Permits etc.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Monitoring Quality control of all construction works.
Update daily report and monthly report on Emwad System.
Coordinated for sampling and submission of all kind of material use construction to own contractor Lab for testing.
Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved material submittals.
Prepare daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc perform all work in accordance with the Contract.
Reviews calibration labs, concrete plant, asphalt plant
Monitoring lab testing approval for concrete mix design and asphalt J.M.F Super pave & Marshall.
Observe site safety practices of the work. Report any concerns to the RE.
Project consists of 28 km agriculture roads, including culvert, hilly area under supervision of World Bank.
