• Preparation of the T/A Schedule in MS Project and primavera & distribute it to all the concern Dept.
• Preparation of the Turnaround packages as per the job List given by operation & maintenance.
• Preparation of the bill of materials(BOM).
• Developing the Scope of service PR# for all the Equipment as per package.
• Identify the material which we required in the T/A as per package
• Planning and scheduling shutdown maintenance activities.
• Preparation of the close out reports after the completion of the T/A.
