the Government of Pakistan (the “GOP”). Since June 2015. The CPPA-G being the Market Operator
is facilitating the power market transition from the current single buyer to competitive market.

Role & Responsibility:
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Coordinate with Ministry of Finance and State Bank of Pakistan for releasing of Subsidy.
• Verify the claim of Each electric distribution company and ensure that credit note are issued in accordance with verified claim
• Daily reconciliation of Banks and submission its report to Ministry of Water & Powers.
• Reconciliation of Suppliers (IPPs) with their ledger in order to release their payments.
• Reconciliation with DISCOs in order to remove discrepancies (if any) between Balances.
• Prepare annually and monthly financial statement for management reviews.
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statement and submission its report to Ministry of Water and Powers for its reviews.
• Prepare Bank Position on daily basis for submit its report to Ministry, Director Finance, CFO and advisor Treasury for release of payment to Supplier.
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
• To make assure that financial statements complies IFRS.
• Any Task Assigned by line manager or Director Finance / CFO.
