Since August 2004, I worked as a regular Faculty member at Hamdard University in the department of Management Sciences where I taught Psychology, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Knowledge Management.
I was nominated as the focal person for National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) and was assigned the task to coordinate the accreditation process. My duty in this context was to streamline the process with guidelines from the upper management and liaison on behalf of HIMS (Karachi) assimilate the required documents and send them to the NBEAC authorities for due diligence.
I worked as an international student advisor at the University of Osnabrueck (Germany) for more than two years. Being an advisor I had to communicate between foreign students and the University authority as well as the foreign office. This often required working to tight deadlines. I also worked occasionally under the fluctuating workloads when they came about.
I worked for NTplus AG (Telecommunication Company) in the Facilities department for two years in Osnabrueck (Germany) where I used MS Excel to produce inventories regarding the incoming and outgoing operations and dealing with the knowledge management (Co-ordination & HR) issues within the organization. I have also made use of the Oracle database to insert, edit, delete, update supplied data. I gained a lot of administrative and customer services skills as I worked independently as well as a part of team.
