As an Oil Neutralization and Physical Refining Specialist, I specialize in applying a methodical and analytical approach to optimizing these processes with Economic cost to enhance oil quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency and also ensuring the final product is not only of top-notch quality but also eco-conscious.
I have professional skills in oil neutralization and physical refining projects, dedicated to seamless installation and commissioning. From site assessment to operational handover, I ensure every detail is executed to perfection, enhancing oil quality and production efficiency.

•Accomplished professional with a robust background in overseeing the commissioning and successful operation of significant chemical refineries. Specifically, I led the coordination of the 300 MTD Chemical Refinery at the OilTek Plant in Jiangsu, China Model Centrifuge Machine, while also supervising the Physical Refinery with a capacity of 500 MT/Day at OilTek.
My expertise encompasses hands-on experience in processing various edible oils in both Physical and Chemical Refineries. I've conducted feasibility reports analyzing utilities, chemicals, and manpower needs, providing essential insights into efficient operations.
I've spearheaded projects resulting in substantial gains, including a 20% reduction in gas consumption in the HP-Boiler utilized for the Super Heater. Additionally, I've successfully improved Heat Exchanger performance, leading to reduced utility values and chemical consumption, effectively driving cost reduction strategies within the processing operations.
My role has involved producing monthly reports focusing on material consumption, yield, and costing, essential for informed decision-making. Ensuring the adherence to quality standards for finished products and storage points has been a pivotal aspect of my responsibilities.
I have also actively supervised the operation and maintenance of PLC-controlled systems, pumps, heat exchangers, as well as pressure, temperature, and level control valves, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless functionality.
