buildings, play area equipment installation, sports floor & jogging tracks installation, all kinds of
shades installation & school play grounds according to client requirements.
Handling multiple small scale & large scale projects independently.
Ensuring the activities of projects are finished s per schedule.
Planning & mitigation as required for the project
Reporting the Project manager & Operations Manager consecutively.
Controlling the work force & other project team, advising & appreciating as the work progress
Ensuring Health Safety standards
Ensuring Quality standards of the materials, workmanship & project processes
Assisting clients & arranging daily & weekly progress meetings with clients to update the project progress & constraints
Getting advises & future plans from client with respect to the project
Managing subcontractors for the adherence & progress of their work
Identifying project related risks & discuss with Project Manager for any bottle necks
Ensuring the project milestones are achieved as per the agreed schedule
Assisting & advising design team as required & for any conflicts/clashes at site
Coordinating with all discipline engineers/supervisors to ensure a smooth flow of work
Ensuring the materials required for the project are arrived on time by coordinating with Resources/Procurement team
Project : Load transfer to the primaries &construction of switching station in the eastern region of Abu
Dhabi.
Activities: Substation construction, NDRC works, concrete ducting works, asphalt & interlock pavement works, excavation, cable laying
