» Working for Global Investment House as IT Project Manager. Global Investment House is one of the leading investment firms in the Middle East region. Current responsibilities include:
o Creating project proposals, statements of work, support level agreements, software licensing agreements and other forms of business relationship management including detailed specifications and Cost/Benefit Analysis;
o Successfully Implemented Infrastructure projects such as:
Active Directory Upgrades;
Exchange Migration from 2003 to 2007 & also Exchange 2007 to 2010;
Oracle RAC implementation;
Online Trading Security & Infrastructure implementation across 5 countries;
Network implementation at new Head Office;
WAN network & Infrastructure implementation across 10 countries
Document Management & Business process workflow implementation
Tape consolidation along with a 3 tier centralized backup policy implementation
Database consolidation
o Currently implementing the following IT projects:
Business continuity project for the whole organisation across 2 countries;
o Maintaining the availability of company computer datacenter resources (eg. Servers, networking hardware, Firewall etc)
o Administered multi-server Windows 2003 LAN, 300+ workstations and 300+ end-users
o Implement & configure Oracle 10g RAC cluster for Online Trading Project
o Implement a secure Networking & Server infrastructure for the Online Trading Project

Network administrator, main jobs included looking after CISCO routers, Sun Solaris Machines, NetApp Cache engines, Cacheflow, Lucent NASes. Having very capable experience in all of them.
