Overview: This ecommerce solution contains 6 modules A simple to use system for organizing trips, but at the same contains all the functionality to set up a fully functioning ecommerce solution. A wide range of supplementary modules also means that the system can grow as customer needs and change. The system is maintained in a user friendly administration console. The console has several access levels, each level providing the user with the rights to carry out a set of tasks (update pages, products, order processing or customer support) . Users are therefore only presented with the functions that they need to carry out the tasks they are authorized to perform.
Tripplanner-routing: The core routing engine. This includes the vertex and edge classes and interfaces that compose the graph structure and the algorithms used for finding the shortest path in the graph.
Tripplanner-graph-builder: This is a utility used for turning raw transit and street data into a compiled graph that can be routed on.
Tripplanner-api-webapp: A web application that exposes an API for making requests to the trip planner. This module requires the Tripplanner-routing module as well as a graph object compiled by the Tripplanner-graph-builder.
Tripplanner-webapp: A front-end web application and user interface that communicates with the Tripplanner-api-webapp. The code is based on TriMet's existing trip planner UI. Future plans call for a set of MobileDevice ui's.
Tripplanner-gui: A graphical interface for visualizing graph data compiled by the Tripplanner-graph-builder module. This is mostly helpful for troubleshooting and debugging purposes, as it allows you to quickly explore a graph.
