Perform an effective communication channel with country and sales managers to enhance business outcome and to achieve set targets:
•Managing and supervising Levant and Africa regions on a country and route basis.
•Performing long term recommendations and tactics in terms of operation and pricing which contributed to over 500K net revenue annually.
•Applying and participating in marketing communications in terms of sales promotions including sales tactics and evaluate results against set targets.
•Seeking and analyzing possible potentials and opportunities towards KPI improvement.
•Ensuring an up to date travel agencies database and periodically reporting their performance level.
•Designing and evaluating Incentive scheme proposals.
•Evaluating corporate accounts and coordinating with corresponding teams.
•Conducting site visits in the assigned territories for market evaluation and performance.
•Managing market intelligence applications with external developers.
•Coordinating with the Business Development department to maintain and update business models.
Providing daily service to RJ customers by accomplishing the following duties:
•Providing passengers with information about flight schedules and prices for their requested itineraries
•Handling all ticketing procedures such as issuing, reissuing, revalidation and refund for passengers and travel agents
•Communicating with outstations concerning fares and ticket modifications
•Preparing daily and monthly sales reports
•Handling guests requests, comments and complaints.
•Handling room and restaurant reservations.
•Handling incoming and outgoing hotel calls.
•Managing fire and emergency control system.
