Support the main teacher and assist during class activities and circle time. Take care of the
class activities and prepare materials for the upcoming days. Incharge of the fine motor
and gross motor skills. Planning outdoor learning activities matching various objectives based on the age group of the children. Taking the place of the main teacher in case of his/her absence. Keeping the children entertained with various activities and fun related tasks. Handling Literature and Maths lessons, involving in story time and character plays. Training children on Health and safety measures. Prepare evaluation report on a weekly basis for each student reporting the performance inside and outside the classroom. Submitting term end trackers to the head of the department.
PerformingCall-backVerification(CBV)withcorporateclientsforthe updates requested and sending out the verification reports to the makers, maintaining the Master Database of the CBV requests and handling cases in priority, if necessary. Liaising with the RMs and their assistants with regards to any CBV Waiver for the CBV requests. Preparing and checking the bank mandates of entities, CID creation, opening corporate and retail accounts using Omniflow-WMS, updating the necessary records and information of customers in FlexCube (FCUBS) and ITQAN, working very closely with account migration for the merging project between ADCB, UNB and AHB and using the corporate systems like T24 & Hummingbird (E-docs). Sending out MIS and quality reports to Team Leader and Managers.

certificates in DARCOM project management system and forward to respective project reviewer/Senior analysts, maintain records of internal memos and forward it to the finance dept, maintain live Variation Orders’ log and send it to the Senior manager for review and approval, maintain master file for live contract status and liaise with Master DC dept for further documentation.

Proposes to the division manager modifications or additions for improvement of the document control quality system within the boardoperations of the company, reviews electronic data software management and affects improvements thereof, provides company with statistical data governance, controls, monitors and tracks the approved integrated management system, all corporate and fleet policies, procedures, memorandums, circulars, technical and commercial documents, tracks and controls the departmental statistical data requirements, controls, manages and modifies all corporate document and version control, systems and measures, document approval and distribution thereof, checks the system document modifications prior to their publication and distribution in order to ensure their conformity with the requirements, implements and manages security authorization levels to access controls to all departments in controlling hard and soft copy documents, maintains electronic and hard copy company archive and implements archive control measures, ensures that the company sensitive information is kept strictly confidential.
Generating weekly and monthly maintenance statistics, reporting the FMs with regards to the Alarms and SDRs, keeping the Maintenance software up-to-date. Adding, deleting or modifying the stock, parts and weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance jobs of the vessels and barges. Preparing the list of requisitions raised every month with their respective present status, assisting the PMS (Planned Maintenance Services) Engineer, designing safety cases and SCE code list vessel-wise, submitting monthly vessel-wise Performance reports to the PMS Engineer, keeping a track on the expiry and renewal dates of the passes and visas of the employees in Maintenance
Populating the master server for the employees onshore and offshore for Learning & Development Dept., making list of employees completed and not completed the training, designing the final master copy for the Training Coordinator, working with SharePoint and
Prepare question papers from hard and soft copies using advanced software and equation editors. Finally upload in the main server database.
Handle switch- boards and visitors, filing and documentation, reporting to MD, document controlling, minutes and agenda preparations, accounting works, preparing quotations, schedules, coordinating with all depts. within the company and with insurance companies like DAMAN, Al Dhafra, ADNIC, etc with respect to new application and renewals of various insurance of new and existing clients, dispatching policies and other documents to the customers, receiving incoming documents, dealing in day-day business works with the best insurance companies in Abu Dhabi and branch in Sudan, and all other necessary works related to insurance like underwriting, administration and Human Resource, etc.
