o Preventive maintenance & Troubleshooting on Electrical control system (GE Fanuc & AB PLC), Label transmitter, flow meter, liquid flow control valve, pressure valve/switch, Temperature sensors (KS40/50), High Frequency transmitter for induction heating, Proximity switches for safety system and accuracy, Inductive Sensors, Transducer, calibration and adjust of flow meter and level sensor during preventive (routine) maintenance.
o Installation, commissioning, configuration and run the filling and packaging machines
o Experience on FESTO, JACOBS, NORDSON, PMA, REXROTH, SIEMENS pneumatic systems
o Planning routine/preventive maintenance schedules and supervise a group of people to carry it on
o Preparing parts list for an upcoming routine maintenance following guidelines and sometimes handle the purchase order placement for those items.
