• Project Manager for Credit Call Blending: using the Outbound Campaign Manager software for routing calls through customer service representatives
• Checking Credit Analysts’ dunning quality by monitoring accounts
• Responsible for the MNP (Mobile Number Portability) project in the Credit and Collection department
