• Representing the company in multiple countries for providing installation, technical support, and maintenance and training.
• Talking staff or clients through a series of action, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up device systems or resolve issues.
• Persuading clients that a device or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and device education, and after sales support services.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Maintain database and information about devices in GCC and prepare reports for the head office. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
