As Staff Finance & Maintenance Senior Officer I have to ensure Responsibilities include:

 Reconciliation of Investment/Prepaid & Expense GLs and maintenance of all types of payments made, and generating Recon report on the daily basis
 Monitor and prevent GLs’ funds from aging
 Financial reporting regarding Finances to SBP & concerned Departments.
 Monthly Insurance renewals data reconciliation.
 Insurance Monthly payments & payments reconciliation.
 Consumer finance IFLEX system User acceptance testing (UAT) performed for various product features
 Monthly Dealer commission payments credited to accounts promptly
 Monthly deduction and FBR reporting of dealer commission W/h tax
 Checks finance legal documentation for authenticity, completeness and correctness, based on satisfaction approved IJARA & MUSHARKA Shariah principles.
 MIS reports preparing.
 Participates in developing automation processes to improve workflow and reduce cost.
 Recommends further improvements in SLAs to supervisor to enhance their effectiveness.
