• Involve and initiating the project kickoff with vendors & stake holders till the closure of project.
• Develop and implement the IT budget, obtain competitive prices from suppliers, where appropriate for cost effectiveness.
• Drive project kickoff meetings with vendors and technical teams to discuss and agrees on technical compatibility and signoff.
• Preparing Project initiation documents and Project Plan, scope, schedule and drive implementation and closure.
• Implement the processes involved in planning, estimating, budgeting, funding, managing, and controlling costs to complete the project within approved budget.
• Track project inventory, Project Management tracking, Change management, and implementation as per the committed SOW.
• Preparing BOM for specific project with help of technical specialist and Engineering teams.
• Consult with CTM, Engineering team to assess needs and system / network requirements.
• Preparing business case for technology migration projects, based on country CTM’s and Regional teams requirements.
• Perform daily team call with Africa regional teams to mitigate operational and project barriers.
• Weekly Project meetings with vendor on BAU and ongoing projects. Advise timeline to accomplish outstanding deliverables.
• Enhance team’s performance by motivating them and team building.
Service assurance for 1400 leased lines WAN network connected to 22 aggregation points across PAN India.
Single point of contact for Facility managements services WAN network and NOC services, Data center and DR site for syndicate bank.
Managing of 24/7 l IT operations with high availability across multiple locations. Proper incident handling, communication, escalations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Heterogeneous IT networks/PAN India Networks - IT Infrastructure & Telecom, Network, Voice, Service Delivery of Huge sites as per ITIL Standards.
