•Servicing of complex BMS/Security system/Safety system
•Inspection of DDC panels.
•Trouble shooting the BMS communication error.
•Maintaining the humidity and temperature parameters as per client requirement.
•Follow the internal audit process.
•Inspection of Rh-temperature sensors.
•Inspection of Transformer, DG, UPS.
•Attending day to day service request.
•Monitoring of PM schedule and check list carried out.
•Inspection of scheduled maintenance of electrical earthing.
•Planning and execution of the work if any problem.
•Daily reporting the client about site progress etc.
